Although our jewelry is designed to withstand daily wear, we recommend avoiding contact with water, perfumes, and creams to prolong its lifespan and maintain its original shine. If you don't want to remove your pieces, we recommend rinsing them with fresh water after sweating.

Do you offer a guarantee?

Yes, all our parts come with a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. If something doesn't arrive in perfect condition, please contact us and we'll be happy to help you resolve it.

How should I care for my pieces?

Store your jewelry in its Tierra Rossa case, avoid storing it in humid places, and gently wipe it with a dry cloth after wearing. See our Care Guide for more tips.

Can I exchange or return a part?

We accept exchanges within the first 7 calendar days after receiving your order, provided the piece is in perfect condition. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Within Mexico, shipments usually take 2 to 5 business days , and to the United States between 5 and 10 business days , depending on the destination city.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to Mexico, the United States, and other countries . Cost and delivery time vary by location.
